The EB-3, an unskilled employment immigration program among the U.S. permanent residency programs, is a program created to fill the labor shortage in the U.S. Therefore, there are many simple jobs such as hotel cleaning, simple serving, and grocery work, where you work for the minimum wage set by each U.S. state. Please note that the above periods may vary from person to person.
The employment-based immigration process consists of three stages. The first stage is the Labor Certification (LC) process, the second stage is the Employment-based Immigrant Petition (I-140), and the final stage is the Permanent Residence Application (I-485). The final stage may vary depending on whether you will go through the embassy process in Korea to receive an immigrant visa and come to the United States or whether you will proceed while legally residing in the United States beforehand
